"Great prices and amazing sales! Staff is super friendly! Will get our return business. 2 thumbs up"
"Bought a recliner and sofa recliner made by catnapper about a year back. Quality and materials are grade A. Both have held up very well. We shopped around and found that almost all other furniture retailers were 6 plus weeks out to get everything. We were able to get both pieces same day at Andy’s. Great experience!"
"We just paid off our account with them for a dryer we purchased a year ago. They delivery men were super to work with and the financing was easy breezy. No interest due to getting it paid within 12 months. The dryer works wonderfully. We are now going back to look at living room furniture. I see us using Andy's furniture a lot in our future."
"4.5 stars. Selection is decent. Prices are fair. Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Best part is, you can buy from the show room floor. No need to place an order and wait months. Buy it, pack it, and go."
"They're very nice and knowledgeable... until they get your money. I had no problem with the sales people or the delivery guys (hence the 2 stars instead of 1). However, when my stackable laundry unit died after only a year and 8 months, I had many problems with the repair guy(wouldn't return my calls, cancelled at the last minute, claimed he called but my phone shows no such calls and/or messages) and the manager who claimed he wanted me to be satisfied but didn't want to do anything to resolve the situation except charge me another $350 (full price of repair). If you buy from them, just hope you don't need customer service after the sale. You won't get it."
