"They do great work. The two out of three times I've used them, I've been extremely happy with their work and prices. This last time the estimate was $625 lower than the actual cost (or 1/3 the total price) and that came as a shock. Not included in the estimate were repairs needed to the rear bumper, the fuel pocket, the gas door, the wheelhouse, the fender liner (shields), and some extra painting. I knew the bumper, fender liner and fuel pocket needed to be replaced, but failed to point those things out during the estimate and I bought the wrong color door so that added more paint costs onto the final bill. It would have helped the accuracy of the estimate if I had pointed out what I knew needed to be repaired. When all is said and done, my car looks great!"
