"I have not been impressed with Harrington Orthodontics. Scheduling an appointment is difficult; when requesting an after school appointment, I’m frequently told there is nothing available for 8 weeks out. Front desk staff are very not helpful, appointments are rushed, and staff has never communicated care requirements to me, the parent (example when to follow-up, duration to wear retainer, etc.)"

"They are so patient and work so diligently to make sure that your teeth get the help they need!"

"Chad is great at what he does. I've now had 2 children get braces through him. Although happy for him completing my daughter a whole year early, that also means I paid too much and he wouldn't give any refund or compromise toward the retainer program. I understand a little early but a year is a lot!! Would love to know the cost difference of a year. So that's just my 2nd experience. He is a great doctor though!!"

"Thank you all for the wonderful experience. I have had dental trauma in my past. Coming in was very nerve wrecking for me despite wanting the work needed done. From the first day with Harrington Orthodontics I could tell things were VERY different. I will spare all the details of that. I will say that from meeting the intake receptionist, to talking the to finance lady, then meeting Dr. Harrington I felt at ease. Dr. Harrington made me extremely comfortable from day one. He even accommodated my request of getting my braces on the first day I came once it was checked if there were enough staff to fit me in. Each time I came back my appointments were timely. The ladies or Orthodontist on staff that day explained everything that I had questions about. I was never in the dark about the next step of my care. For that I am truly grateful. I also really appreciated that I was able to have my appointments in the mornings how I like. When there were times where I changed my mind about having certain things done, neither Orthodontist made me feel bad about it. Instead a consultation was scheduled in a timely manner that allowed me to address my questions and concerns. Looking at my teeth today I am in awe. I know it was possible but I was unsure if I would find someone I trusted to do the work that I so desperately needed done for my overall dental health. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Harrington and your amazing staff for literally changing my life!!"

"Great staff. Dr. Harrington provides a very thorough consultation, explaining short and long term goals including mapping a plan and time-line. So far we've had very little to no wait times for each appointment. There is a very well trained knowledgeable staff and we've had a great experience getting answers quickly either onsite or over the phone when needed."
