"0/10 my daughter had an appointment for 9am , we get there and the manager tells us that the appointment was canceled due to me not confirming it. Mind you when I set the appointment the lady over the phone said she would confirm it for me. I sat in the lobby and listen to them calling to confirm appointments. I should have been given the same energy , they claim my phone was disconnected when I asked what number they had she had my current number . So now not only did my daughter miss the first half of school for no reason she now has to miss the second half. I’m a manager myself , we don’t delete whole appointments we mark them as no show so they need to figure out a better way of this . The manager said she’ll take full responsibility but also didn’t make things right 0/0 .I went back at 2 and I’ll change it to 5/5 great customer service."
