"Root canal was 100% painless, even the numbing process! Root canal was complete in about 40 minutes. I was even able to see pictures and X-rays on the screen in front of me. They let me listen to my headphones the whole time so I wasn’t able to hear the drilling. They gave me an optional jaw support that helped me keep my mouth open with no effort at all. "Dr. Griglione is fantastic. My root canal was painless and I was seen very quickly when I called for an appointment. I'm giving 4 stars because I had to pay a $400 estimated out of pocket deductible before treatment but my out of pocket expense was $110 after insurance paid and I am still struggling to receive my refund 4 months after my procedure was completed. I have called the office multiple times and a refund is promised but never received. If the issue was reversed and I owed money, I'm sure I would have been sent to collections by now."
