"Great customer service!! From the first time I called to completed and back to me. I immediately talked to Linda when I inquired after calling a few other places and she explained the process, the details, got us in a week and a half from phone call, and knew budget was a big concern. Scheduled an appointment after I asked a lot of questions and morning and the morning after I turned my van in I got a phone call and was told my transmission was tossed in the nicest way possible from Mitch and that I was looking at pricey price which was not surprised because I got told that would be an approximate price and was but was cheaper than other places. Well about a week into my car being there I get a courtesy call from Mitch that something is wrong with my oil pump and something else and it needs to charge more but got my approval for it without just doing it which I appreciated. I did say yes because it is for safety and my car life...but during the process got calls at where they were in the process from inspection, to parts being ordered, estimated date, and call when done. It was more but brand new transmission, fluid, oil pump, etc. and know my car drives like it's brand new and I will get another 100k out of my van. So thank you Mitch and Linda for your service. We feel confident using it for a long time. We plan on using you for future needs including the small things."
