"First time getting my vehicle fixed here. Staff was friendly and the repairs were done well. I would give 5 stars, but for the cost. My car was there for 2.5 hours. I brought all the parts I needed. My bill was $530...just for labor. I'm glad they were able to get me in quickly, but for a hometown shop, I'm disappointed in the pricing."

"I work within walking distance and much to my surprise came out on my lunch break to find I had a completely flat tire. Called Tires 2000 in hopes of a miracle so family didn't have to leave work to come help me out. They understood my emergency situation and brought over a portable air compressor to help get the car there and fixed the tire all within time to ensure I was able to go home from work on time. I can't thank this team enough for helping me out during a very stressful situation and making it easy and painless for me."

"Loved going to this place at first. Dealt with Josh many times. Very fast customer service. Although I had a unfortunate customer service experience with a tire that I had replaced from them. I drove on their tire for two days before I noticed a bubble. I brought it to their attention. They told me I had to pay cost for a replacement. After I was under the impression that my tire would be covered since it was TWO DAYS. Disappointed…. Josh couldn’t even speak to me about this and that’s who ordered my replacement after I hit a pothole. He walked away and another dude was up to the desk to help me. I have worked sales/customer service and I don’t think I would ever make someone pay for another phone if the one I sold them was having manufacturer defectives."
