"Normally they are very helpful. But today the guy with the long beard was very rude to my husband. We know our vehicle and yesterday he sold us the wrong brakes. Today my husband took the brakes back and the guy with the beard wanted to stand there and argued with him. I dont know if this guy was having an off day or what but that was uncalled for. I hope this set of brakes fits our truck or else we will be once again taking them back and wont be back there."

"I had a family member go in to pick up parts for me. there was a older bald gentlemen working the counter when she said that they had so parts in there for me with my name on them. he just put his hands up and walked away. Another employee came and helped her. Needless to say the one part was wrong i went im the next morning to get it exchanged and the same guy was working. First he got a phone call was just stoped working with me like i wasent even there. Then he tryed to argue with me that is wasent the right part. That is when another employee steped in and started to look up the parts. We got the parts fiurged out he was very helpfull. I will go back there but i will not deal with the older short bald guy."

Also staff advised me against purchasing their own brand Parts at lower cost than name brand, saying that their own brand is guaranteed to fail so I am not smart for purchasing it.
