"I recently had a disappointing experience at Berger collision center. I dropped off my Bolt EUV for repairs and was excited to pick it up, only to find that there were noticeable uneven gaps and some parts weren't properly snapped in place. When I brought this to the attention of a worker, he acknowledged the issue but insisted that it was fine. This lack of attention to detail and dismissive attitude was frustrating, especially considering I was paying for their expertise. Despite my concerns, the worker seemed uninterested in addressing the problem, even responding with a sarcastic remark when I suggested they take another look saying “ it’s just plastic these days” “what do you want me to do? Glue it?” I had higher expectations for the quality of work and customer service from a Chevrolet shop, and this experience has left me disappointed and questioning their commitment to delivering proper repairs. In the end he took it back in and brought it back out with the gaps and parts properly fixed and attached."

"I am in love this this collision center! Not only were they able to get my vehicle in fast but they also got everything set with my insurance company. Veronica kept me up to date with everything. We picked up the vehicle and the inside (which was disgusting due to pop being spilled from the collision and kids) was all cleaned up and looking like new. They worked fast and efficient and I appreciate everything they did to get my vehicle back to me."

"I called and asked how much it would cost me to purchase two moldings for my 2015 Malibu. I was told to come so that they can look at my vehicle and make an educated decision. When I got there, I was greeted by an employee and was immediately told that I needed both moldings. I then was told that everything including painting and labor would be $350. I told the individual that took my payment that I wanted to pay for the parts, which entailed painting, I paid $175. I go to pick up my parts today, and I’m told that I still owe a balance of $93. I asked him to explain the difference, and they immediately said it’s for painting. I guess I was just supposed to be all right with paying the extra $93 after paying $175 for two little moldings. The moral of the story is this, I will never go back to Berger. Because I feel as if I’ve gotten ripped off. I am the type of person that if you are transparent with me, then I am transparent with you, and I feel as if they did not take place."
