"These guys impounded my brother in laws car that had a broken tie rod. It was off the road and not in a hazardous location. I went to help him get the car back 12-14 hours since it had broken in the overnight hours, and the car was gone. EBL towing impounded it. $450 to get it back. Plus $50 a day if they keep it. What a ridiculous scam. I will never recommend this company and I will tell all my friends about this. EBL towing also did a bunch more damage dragging the car onto their flatbed. The whole wheel was folded under the car. I’m assuming they have some sort of agreement/contract and get a kickback with Kent county Sheriff/GRPD and other local police agencies. My brother in law had the car towed back from EBL towing impound lot, to the same location it broke, but 1 extra mile back home, by the same truck and driver and the bill was $138. Don’t use this company for any of their services. Spread the word about them. Find a smaller local company and give them the business instead. Ask your local mechanic for a recommendation on tow services."
