"A remodel is never going to go smoothly so it's super important to work with a company that stands by their work and works through issues in an honest, transparent manner. We hit some snags along the way during a kitchen remodel but Ben and his team were always responsive and managed expectations well. Additionally, the contractors that they work with were all exceptional and very respectful to our chaotic lives and schedules. We plan on working with them for some much larger projects after seeing the follow through on their work."

She won't give out a email address and the website form doesn't accept PDFs. They do not have a public facing email nor would they give out any email address. What happens if I need to get a hold of them and need to contact someone specifically and not just the website form. Very off putting first interaction!"

"They want you to answer an exam with specifics about every single detail that you want done on the phone before they will even come out to see your house. Then for a 12 x 8 bathroom with very simple standard work that needs to be done they quoted me $30,000 over the phone Drywall, paint, 1 minor leak and some ceiling work. Get real. There’s a million people who do your work. BYE!"
