"I just had a great oil change because 1 employee really went above and beyond. Store opened 10 minutes late because the manager was late. Not ideal, but Fabian came out in the rain to let me know they'd be late. Not only that, but he started checking my car in the rain while waiting for the store to open. Not only that, but he was already changed in his work clothes when he arrived so he was instantly ready to start working on my car. After working for 5 minutes, he realized he hadn't clocked in yet. He was so focused on making sure that I was taken care of that he wasn't even getting paid!"
