"I was in need of 2 new tires and it was 6pm, they supposedly close at 7pm. I got there and I assume the owner was talking to someone else, so I wait my turn to talk to him. A few minutes pass and he pauses his conversation with the other person and just says "what do you want" or "Que quieres" in spanish. I just ask if he is still open, he says no and I leave to get better customer service down the street at Amy and Chucks Tires."
