"I don’t usually do this, but I really am in awe with the service I received. I went on Saturday for the first time wanting to give them a chance because they had good reviews. I got shellac on my nails and got a pedicure. As soon as I got out of there I went home and realized my big toe was completely messed up and my thumbs on my hand were peeling off. I called them and tried going back on Sunday but it kept saying on google that they were closed. Today is Thursday and almost half my nails on my fingers are peeling off and cracked. I feel like I wasted my time and money. Everything also felt so rushed like they want you to go out the door."

"I had my nails painted recently for my sisters wedding- she requested I do natural nails, but with my own spin. I chose the gel color fairy dust and they turned out beautiful- I had a lovely experience. The photo is by Karahanesphotography. "I went there today for my birthday. I haven’t got my nails done in years and wanted to treat myself. I regret walking in here and expecting a good experience. I walked out crying and essentially it ruined my birthday. It ate up almost 4 hours of my day. The pedicure I received was not great at all. Both me and my sister were expecting at least some sort of massage and actual care put into the service and it was like they were just rushing to get us to the next service. With it being my birthday you would think they would have put a little more care into the service they were providing. I legit feel like I got jipped from the full experience. Also I got French tip toes and my pinky toes are so janky I can’t even look at them. I’m going to have to fix them myself. It’s completely slanted and basically diagonal. Then we move on to the nails part. I wanted these cute little stars on my nails and as the lady started doing them they were the messiest and sloppiest designs I’ve ever seen. I almost didn’t say anything but also decided no I will not walk out of here with how bad this was turning out. So she tried to fix them. It just kept getting worse and worse. To the point where I wanted to scratch the whole design at that point. They had her switch out with another girl who then brought out a tiny brush and tried to fix the previous techs mistakes. I give that girl props. She did fix them to a point where I was okay leaving. But they are nowhere near what I expected walking out with. I get up to the counter to pay and both of my services ended up being $140!!! I about lost my mind. I also had the $5 birthday coupon which I told the lady and reminded her to add and then she never did. After she cashed me out I asked her why it was so high. They then try to validate their breakdown. I would have never paid that much if I would have known it was going to be that much for both of the services. I feel like I completely should have been refunded or at least discounted for the really awful experience I had here. They never give you any sort of idea of what you are going to pay and what services and add ons add up to. I thought I could afford getting my nails done for my birthday and I regret getting them done completely. The owner came up to me and I told him and the lady who originally worked on me I was not happy and completely disappointed with this service and started crying. Since they forgot my $5 birthday coupon they gave me $5 cash. And still made me pay for the full service and gave me a $30 coupon to return with. Which honestly I will never return to this place again. This was supposed to be a good birthday and honestly it’s been an awful day. The owner is nice and was sympathetic but honestly I shouldn’t have had to pay the amount of money I paid for this awful experience. And I will regret this forever."
