Every single person in there office is so nice. Dr. Jim always answers my questions, gives me all of the options and makes sure I'm comfortable. I cannot thank his office enough! "Dr. Peurach and his staff are friendly, welcoming and considerate about every part of your visit to their office. I recently had a visit for a long procedure and they worked with me on my schedule, were considerate of my needs for the appointment and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The entire process was painless! :) Dr. Peurach is a very talented dentist, very informative and considerate of you during the procedure....something you don't always get from a doctor. To top it all off, the entire visit cost much less than I had planned for."

"DR. Jim and the staff at his office make you feel like family. You are not just a patient or a number!!. I had recently switched to a dental office in Kalamazoo due to switching jobs. That was a huge mistake on my part. The people at this other office made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to be there. The girl that was cleaning my teeth spent more time on her phone than she did paying attention to me. On top of that when she finished my teeth would hurt for weeks afterwards...It didn't take me long to realize that it is worth the hour drive back up to Hastings. The girls behind the counter make you feel welcome and most of the time they know more about my dental situation than I do!!!(Especially Alicia!!) I would also like to point out that Angie is an artist when it comes to cleaning teeth. She is very meticulous and very easy to get along with it. Most important of all when she finishes my teeth feel refreshed and there is virtually NO PAIN!! I would recommend this office to anyone including my friends and family!!"
