"This place is a nightmare to work with. They schedule your vehicle to be fixed, and then let it sit for weeks in their lot before they actually get it in the shop to fix it. We made the mistake of going to them twice since they are on the “preferred” list for many insurance companies. The first time, our van was returned with a front headlight full of condensation and water. It was very obvious and they still tried to get us to drive it off the lot in that condition. The second time, it took a month to complete, even though the van sat on the lot untouched for weeks before they actually went to fix it. When it was finally done, I returned home and took a deeper look to see that they had covered our hitch with the new bumper. Not only was I amazed that a worker would do that, but how on earth was that not noticed and corrected before telling me to come and pick it up? When I confronted them on the issue, the manager did not apologize even once, or take any accountability for their mistake. Of course we had them fix the issue, but not without them creating another issue (a loose rear light) that once again had to be noticed by us and brought back into the shop to correct. I will be contacting both the insurance companies that my claims were through to make sure they know what type of place they list as “preferred”. I highly suggest that the rest of you (clearly there are a TON of bad reviews for all of their shops) do the same!!!"

"Avoid at all cost!! it's been well over 2months with nothing done to my vehicle and still would not release my vehicle and they have been giving me the run around wasting time and money and running up my insurance claim and rental time truly a waste in time and effort and also very untrustworthy customer service very rude with no updates and no return calls I had to move to a different body shop to get actual work done. Very unprofessional and non reliable to get your vehicle done. Not recommended..."
