"Came here with a friend a few days ago for pedicures. We were in and out the door within 20 min. Which for some thats nice. Id say my experience was particularly violent ive never had a pedicure so rough before. Im never one to complain and when we walked out we were both satisfied with the work and ok with how rushed the experience was. Im only sharing here bc 2 days later my friend is at the urgent care now on antibiotics for an infection in her toe. I dont wish the ladies here anything bad for their business, just warning others with health issues or people looking for a relaxing experience, it might not be your best option."

"Good service , but bad quality. I went to get a full set of acrylic nails . Just for them to pop off two days after . I call them to see if I can get the inconvenience done on the house they deny and go on to say “ they put on extra glue “ I never had a experience to where the client gets denied and their feelings is ( invalidated ) it’s her word over mine . Why would someone lie over a nail being broken off ? Furthermore …. Bad experience after I will not be going and giving them any service no one should pay 120$ just for the business to not trust your word and you still have to pay for a nail being broken off . Obviously it was not enough glue for something to pop off so suddenly. You guys need to learn constructive criticism, and trust when a customer is coming to you respectfully with a concern this is how you get customers"

"Best nail salon in Grand Rapids! This is my absolute favorite nail salon. I have been coming here for 8 years. The reason is excellent customer service and exceptional nail artists. I can show them a picture or give an idea of what I want and my nails come out just like I wanted everytime. I get lots of complements on how stylish my nails look. They have hundreds of colors and styles to choose from in dip, shellac, and regular polish. Thank you to Tammy and Hannah for the cute nails I got the last couple of visits!"

"I’ve been going here for years and its been a pleasant experience every single time. If, on occasion I did need a nail fixed, Dan would get it taken care of right away! I’ve had countless of beautiful designs done and there are so many colors to choose from (even dip powders that having a matching nail polish for your pedicure too!) I usually see Lee or Tami but have had good experiences with the other techs as well. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and I always leave feeling fresh and taken care of!"
