"Had to get my back window replaced through insurance. The guy showed up and said he couldn't get my rear wiper off because the screw was too stripped. Told me how to grind off my wiper. Then said to call and reschedule when I figure it out. I went out by myself and got it off immediately. It was not stripped at all. Called to tell them and got pushed off 5 more days. That tech called that morning to tell me the glass broke so they wouldn't be able to do it. Stanton Glass is coming out here today to actually fix it and waiving the deductible. Don't waste your time unless you want a broken window for weeks."
