"Excellent experience with company. Im battle creek and had recently got into a car accident in Grand rapids. My car first towed to pep boys on alpine Ave that stated they could not safely look at the vechile. I had difficulties gaining insurance information and pep boys tried to claim my vechile as abandoned. I forgot her name but the secretary knew of the trouble I had gaining the other persons insurance and was kind enough to let me tow my vehicle there. My van was declared totaled and I set up arrangements to have my vechile scrapped. The owner Gavin was kind enough to waive off the storage fees, even on his own birthday. I recommend this shop to anyone. To thank Gavin (I hope I spelled that correctly) I got him a piece of cheesecake for his birthday from Bestside bar and grill and wished him happy birthday. The entire staff was extreamly kind with a smile on their face and put the customer back into customer service. I also highly recommend Bestside bar and grill, best food I've ever had that is literally two doors down in the same suite."
