After describing the issue, the mechanic said that he wasn’t the person to do it because he was getting too old and his neck hurt too much to look up into the vehicle. I’m sure they do great work as others here have listed. It was just not the conversation I thought I’d be having when calling a brake shop to replace a brake line."

"Honest! It's hard to find someone to work on your car without feeling like you're going to get taken advantage of. Especially being a woman. I called, and he had a cancelation and was able to get my car in the next day. Rick told me I didn't need brakes on the back. He put new pads and rotors on the front and at a very reasonable price.
