"I started coming here years ago. The past few times I’ve been haven’t been good quality. Like extremely POOR quality, which is why I’m leaving this review. I went in for a regular 6 month cleaning yesterday and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes (no joke). A good dental cleaning should be at least 45-50 minutes. I didn’t even see a hygienist, Dr Burocchi did my cleaning. She quickly scraped the plaque off ONLY the back of 3-4 of my bottom front teeth, she didn’t even touch the rest of them. She then very quickly brushed them, and had me hold the suction thing and suction the own water out of my mouth? In all my years of being alive I’ve never had to do that myself. And that was it, she said I was all set after that. Didn’t measure my gums, DIDNT EVEN FLOSS MY TEETH. Who doesn’t floss their patients teeth at a regular cleaning? Looks like it’s time to find a new dentist. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for quality."

"I have no issues with the Doctor herself but my main anger is towards front desk staff. I have dealt for a long while with the attitude of one particular person there who has made me feel annoyed every time got off the phone with her. especially when i had to cancel for things out of my control (like not having a sitter for my small children), instead i was received with something similar to scolding, cutting me off, lack of empathy and talking to me as if I was a child, and finally a conversation recently that led me to switch dental offices after she tried to get smart with me on the phone when i told them I had some other medical appointments i have to figure out the dates before i could properly reschedule, so cancelling would just be better. Well it seems she knows better than me and somehow knows my entire life since she told me in a smart interrupting way that I "DONT have any other appointments" wish i recorded the convo so you can hear the tone of her voice and tone makes a huge difference how people communicate. It's not always WHAT you say but HOW its being said that makes a huge difference in a conversation. Anyways after sensing so much adversity on the phone, i felt so upset and had my whole morning ruined then i decided to switch dental offices. i NEVER want to speak or receive a phone call from them EVER again. Mind you I never matched her energy on the phone, always responded kindly despite her acting that way cuz I really hate confrontation and letting people get me so mad that I have to confront them but this time was just too much for me. And I also hardly write reviews of places good or bad unless it’s was incredibly good or incredibly bad. Clearly this impacted me negatively that I felt angry enough to write a review lol. Please treat patients kind especially if they are being kind with you. You can’t complain about nasty patients yet turn around an treat the nice ones nasty back. Hypocrisy. Working in office setting myself I was taught we represent the organization as the front of the facility so our actions and how we speak matter and make a big difference on first impressions"
"Dr. Burocchi removed a filling on my front tooth after I set an appointment for replacement since it was loose. I waited over an hour to see her. She removed my filling, then told me she didn't have time to fix it and to schedule another appointment! I begged her not to make me leave with part of my front tooth missing, she told me she didn't have an hour to spend with me to fix it..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"
"Quality of care is not good. Hygienists were great, but dr. Burocci’s work is not up to par. I’ve had to had a crown redone by another dentist less than 3 years after getting it done by her. Also, there was one time where she actually said “this doesn’t look like my work”, the dental hygienist assured her it was..."
