"place is nice and clean, service was poor and painful. burnt my feet and continued to do nothing after telling them it was to hot. massage chair didn’t even work at all. the people were very rough pushing and pulling my legs around. they used bath and body works lotion on my girlfriends legs and cut her cuticles. they used cuticle oil on my legs and massaged it in. i was disgusted."

"I noticed one nail was glued on crooked . I pointed it out . She told me watch tv , let her do nail . Foot ball was on . Shrugs . Then I still am wondering why she is not removing the nail . She said she will fix when adding the powder. Don't worry . I sit here looking at my crooked $147 nails in confusion as to why I didn't speak up more . And why I let a little lady ,tell me shut it and watch tv . Basically . My daughter got her nails done . Wrong color cat eye . She asked for the purple and lady grabbed olive green . And the lady told her she(my daughter) didn't want the cat eye effect . (Which was why she got that polish , for the effect ) She also didn't speak up . Only when her skin burned from the lady grinding . She asked her to stop it was getting hot and was starting to burn . And the lady ignored her . I don't understand how you ignore your client . I was so saddened that I paid 70 for hers and $147 for mine . Plus a $30 tip to be upset . Will not go back . Not even to the normal one I went to on Wilson . Because of this "Aunt" lady . (They own that one too) sitting here staring at my crooked nail. I want to note that I paid 30 tip because the girl that did my toes . Was very nice and talkative . While my toes were painted like a child would . I thanked her, She was a mom and stated she just started . I didn't want to make her feel bad . Told her they were cute and I wouldn't even complained about, but her "aunt" rubbed me wrong and made this whole trip unenjoyable . For my daughter and myself"

"Terrible . Went in to get a dip fill. My girl was on vacation. ( Was not informed until I got there. An appointment I had for 3 weeks) A different lady did them. She hurt my cuticles so bad like 3 times. The forth i yelled ok no more of that. 2 days later one broke off completely. Now a week later another one is bending its about to snap. I am extremely busy which is why I book ahead. Now I'm stuck with 2 broken nails til at least Sunday."

"Ghetto spa and workers that did a shoddy job for way too much $. Christine did my nails, idk who did my feet, the pedicure was alright but my nails are uneven & the cuticles are flooded, my 3 year old could’ve done a better job. I only tipped for the inconvenience of me having to leave and come back as I lost my card and had to get a new one printed at the bank, but I won’t be returning here. If you want a good job for what they’re charging for nails nowadays, I wouldn’t recommend coming here."

"Grandma got a basic manicure, daughter got her first acrylic set. Workmanship was great. Prices are reasonable. Customer service could be better. We set appointment with specific stylist. Upon arriving, they put us with different stylists. 30 min past our appointment they called wondering why we were not there. Other than that confusion in communication, it was good. Just down to business, not much conversation."
