"More expensive than Summit for the same parts (equivalent quality brands), shipping delays compared to other suppliers (over a month compared to what was in stock at Summit), higher shipping costs (easier to get oversize fees here), and worse customer service. I bought the silver jacket cables in the past and liked them so I decided to purchase some other things and it just went downhill. After this experience I just cant use them anymore. The website doesn't list what is in stock and they cant give realistic timelines for when things will ship. It's the "two more weeks" every two weeks deal. Save yourself the headache and buy what is already in stock somewhere else. Even if you are trying to get higher quality parts through this place the headache is just not worth it. Shop somewhere else and save yourself a lot of frustration."
