"A crack developed under my mirror button on one of the hottest days in 2023. When I contacted the company about this I was told that It was from me hanging and pulling on my rearview mirror. I paid for this repair out of pocket and would expect the company to stand behind there workmanship and materials. I would personally go with a different company that will stand behind there work. I can assure you I have not pulled on my mirror."
