"Got my oil pan replaced on my BMW 3 series here. Apart from a random misfire issue that happened after i got it replaced, **ended up just being new spark plugs, they told me my plugs were fine and they wanted $300 to look into the engine deeper** when I first picked up the car the cover that goes on the bottom of the car wasn’t bolted on properly and was dragging. Also after they looked into the engine they took off a bunch of covers and didn’t put them on properly, which i had to end up fixing myself. I do not blame them for the misfire issue, really just a coincidence the plug went bad right after the oil pan replacement. but for a $1700 job, i was disappointed in the service. Don’t take ur bmw here, they aren’t familiar with them i guess. got a pretty nasty scratch on my bumper right by the hood after them as well. my bumper has some rock chips already so i’m not really upset about it. but it seemed like everywhere i looked on my car i could notice something that they didn’t put back correctly. Lastly, they told me they would test drive it and see if it needs an alignment. they did not get an alignment done on it, and it needs one. the steering wheel is off center, i’m currently using another shop to get the alignment done and they told me during the oil pan job they didn’t align the “cradle” correctly so i would have to have that done as well. a very long review but in short, i will never be coming back here again and will steer anyone i know away from them. sorry."
