"I was referred to Dr Jensen by a friend. She said he always takes time to answer questions. I found that to be true. The office isn’t as busy as my previous dentist and it was a nice change to not feel so rushed. The hygienist was friendly and took lots of time to get to know me and answer all my questions as well. I do not like going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around procedures. They put me at ease right away and it was a positive experience!"

"If you have Delta Dental Insurance you will need to look for a different dentist or pay each visit. Overall, I only had positive cleaning experiences at the office and would have continued to go there. We were told this year, because of our insurance, we would have to pay upfront then we would receive a check from our insurance. I wish it would have been explained more clearly that they didn’t know how much our insurance would cover. Delta has a maximum amount they will pay because they think the service shouldn’t be more; they charge more than delta would pay. I just had to pay $60 for my last visit."

"Very friendly staff! Very clean and welcoming. It has been 5 years since my last dentist visit. I updated my paperwork and had to get dental x-rays and all the evaluations done. I also had the usual cleaning done. Cheryl was my dental assistant. She was fantastic! Explained everything to me very well. She was quick to take the x-ray so I wasn't left uncomfortable with the imaging plates in my mouth very long. She was knowledgeable about what they look for on the images. She was extra awesome and took a picture of the back of my bottom teeth (I have a metal brace behind them from having braces as a kid. Never got it removed.) So I was able to see the build up of tartar from not flossing much by the brace. She then took the time to blast all that tartar off my teeth. She then took another picture of the back of my lower teeth after she cleaned it! It was cool of her to do that for me and I got to see the difference! She told me about using thicker floss or doubling up regular floss to clean around that brace better. I had no idea there were different floss tape out there! Anyways, staff was friendly, building is clean and rooms were tidy. Well informed of everything going on. I recommend this dentist office! I had a great experience today vs. 5 years ago there. . . Pretty sure there is new management now."
