"I ordered same-day delivery. It was scheduled to be delivered two days later. I accepted this. I received a message delivery morning that it would be there by end of day. It never came. I contacted them via their "chat agent" *cough* useless AI *cough*. The agent told me they "understood the inconvenience of rescheduling." Because it was not scheduled same-day, or even next day, I had to take time off work to be available. I lost a day's wages just to be disappointed with their lies. Do not get same-day delivery from this business. I will likely not be shopping with them any longer. ----- I will change the review to 4 stars with explanation if my delivery fee is refunded, seeing as I did not receive the product I was advertised."
