Went to pick up the car and the battery was so dead I couldn't jump it, the battery was new when the car was dropped off. Took it home to charge, when I returned the car was gone. So a negative three stars!!"

My boyfriend and I paid to get our truck taken to a auto shop and back home they never did the second job and when my dad asked them to bring our truck back they were very unprofessional and started arguing with him and giving attitude, so we canceled it and asked for our money back and their excuse was that Darren wasn’t their. We have gone back about 6 times for our money but they’re always “too busy” or “they’ve sent a check” we haven’t received anything ! That’s $120! "I had another mechanic put a new rack & pinion on my truck. He turned the wheel too far and destroyed the clock coil behind the steering wheel. I took it to Darren for a front end alignment, he diagnosed the click coil damage, I had no idea that it was broken. That part controls the horn, air bad, cruise, wipers. I knew the horn did not work but would have not known I was driving without the benefit of an airbag if I had not brought it to him for an alignment. He fixed my truck and it is great. He worked with me on parts and labor. My truck will be going to Darren from now on, nobody else."
