"I paid for an exam and radiographs. The technician taking the old school, non digital radiograph used a guide which jams the panel into your gums. Very painful. Alternatively Without the guide tool you could just bite down with no pain. They got me in and out so quick it was like they didn’t even care to fix my issue. During my exam, after rads, doctor says tooth looks fine. Even though it was hurting, literally has a pit in the side of it? One week after my exam my tooth breaks off. I now am in more pain and have to pay money at another place with an adequate doctor to fix what could have been prevented one week ago. I called them today in pain with a broken cavity filled tooth. And the receptionist was laughing and snotty because I’m upset and in pain!. If she experienced what I am feeling she wouldn’t be laughing. Zero empathy. Zero care."
