"I been a patient for @least 20 +years .. I had stopped going one time before for a period. Because of the poor customer service that came from the receptionist.. really bad tone a choice of words that always made me feel judged..It's been bout 4 years and everything Covid I called today to get appointments for Me my child and bf! I love the service provided by the dentist Dr blunt . This head receptionist takes the call ask about. Child and Myself never asked about bf appointment.. In which I stated in the introduction in conversation that I wanted to make appointments for the 3 of us .. after not willing to check my insurance coverage. Cause I wasn't sure if it was delta dental.. but ask could she use a social number to check .. she didn't want to says clients always want her to do the work.. Wow!!! After giving her grace cause I getting annoyed. She told me someone will call me back after the insurance was check .. WOW.. stil remainingful .. I responded that I also wanted to make bf appointment.. She tells me it's a hippo law that almost got them sued for making appointment for some other person . Really confused by the response.. Never been told that . By And office before ! .. she goes to say! "He a grown man he can call and make his own appointment "!! Wow!! So un professional.. Only at this dentist! So can't believe she insists on this being illegal.. I use google and find this.."Appointments arranged by someone other than the patient are not a violation of HIPAA privacy rules.. Wow smh.. won't be going there! Just lost 3 potential clients .. God bless"

"I LOVEDDDD my hygienist! She was the first hygienist in my life to not hurt my gums while flossing. She made me feel like a friend. I was so comfortable in her chair. I wish more people in this profession were more personable like her. She makes me less afraid to go to the dentist. Please only let her work on my teeth the next time I go back! I never fill these feedback survey out, but she was incredible! I forget her name but she wore pink earrings & had braids. I wish her the best!"

"Excellent first impression of all the staff, hygienist, and dentist. They were very helpful, and set my mind at ease about billing. Helpful appointment reminders, and online charting made the process easier. My cleaning was done on my very first visit. X-rays were quick. A plan for further care was explained and costs were clearly shown upfront. I truly felt they were doing everything possible to meet my needs. I'm so glad I finally found a dentist that cares for their patients."
