"My initial appointment when they first opened was supposed to be for a cleaning and it was early enough so they shouldn't of been behind, I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes after I filled out paperwork before I was brought back. Then all the talking started, OMG, it never stopped, you have to hear about her resume', the daughter, the daughter's boyfriend, the weather, car issues, on and on. I said we need to get started with the cleaning, they said they have to do all the testing first, then the exam. Then I got to hear about all the new fancy equipment they have and this and that, I said again, let's get on to the cleaning, this isn't the car show downtown, don't really need to hear about the bells and whistles. One hour, 25 minutes, still haven't started cleaning. When I finally got to see the Dr. for the exam she recommended I schedule for a cleaning. I said we are cleaning the teeth today, right now. They sent in a hygienist. I rationalize this bad experience by recognizing they just opened, have to work out the bugs and no way it could be that bad again. Last week was my second visit for my 6 month, unfortunately a lot of the same issues exist. A 9am appointment means 9am, not 9:15. People have jobs to get to, kids to PU, other appointments, be more respectful of people's time. And how about less chatter, more getting at 'er."

"Very comfortable atmosphere and the ladies are friendly courteous and the dentist is a straight shooter. I feel and respect her opinions and we are working on a plan for my care and further care. Very Blessed to find a dentist that has my best interest in mind .."

"The staff and Doctors were very nice. However, the exam rooms were not very private and I wasn’t comfortable with people looking at me. I also had to wait in my exam chair for over 30 minutes before anyone came in and probably another 15 before they got started with me. There was music playing in the room which was nice, but there was other music playing from somewhere else which made it just noisy. With the trauma I was experiencing that didn’t help much. I will say again though, I love the girls that work there! They are super nice."

"The lady who worked on my teeth! She was great and seems to know what she was doing! Only thing they need to work on is the front desk! They need to have a sign saying they’re in a break for patients who have their appointment at 1pm know someone will right back Or have a bell ring for someone to tap on and let them know patients had arrived! other than that everything was great!"

"I am a first time patient and my first visit lasted and hour and a half. That was just for the full set of X-rays. They are very thorough with that but I wish I was told prior to my visit so I would have prepared my day accordingly. Unfortunately I have to go back to have the cleaning part done. Overall tho, very professional and pleasant. Would recommend!"
