"Great with kids. But great with withholding information on extra charges. Our special needs daughter needs different ways of accessing her mouth. After being used many times we were charged for this and our insurance doesn’t cover the cost. However we were never told of this cost. Doctor suggested she comes in once every 3 months, also not told this wouldn’t be covered. Dentist/clerks were not clear with the extra charges and did not tell us our insurance was “not accepted by their main insurance model,” therefore over charging us without knowledge. The blatant miscommunication is causing us to go elsewhere. I’d expect better from billing department and doctor/assistant when suggesting all of the above in the future. Special needs kids and their parents, should not be taken advantage of."
