"I will not be going back to West Michigan Small Engine Repair. I dropped my mower off in May, and it took 6 weeks(!) to get it back. After stopping in several times to inquire, the owner/Manager said that they would deliver when it was done. On the day it was finished, I got a call saying I could come pick it up. They did not deliver it as he said. When I arrived, no effort was made to "make things right"; I was charged full price and sent on my way. I get it... I am just a home-owner with a lawn. I am not a business. I only have 1 riding mower, not a whole fleet. This shouldn't stop basic customer service and trying to keep the customer happy. Given other choices in the area, I will not be going back there again."
