I didn't expect it to be serviced until my scheduled time but they were able to look at it the same day. The amount of work that was needed was more than I expected, but it was all able to be handled in the same day and the service was even cheaper that I thought. I'm extremely satisfied. "I came to Platinum Auto recommended by a fellow co-worker. I talked to Paul about an estimate on a radiator replacement He told me he didn't want quote me on something that might not needed to be replaced, so he scheduled an appointment for me the next morning as soon as they opened to do an inspection, but in the end needed it replaced. Platinum Auto had the most competitive price compared to other shops I've called. They also did a complimentary inspection on other things on my Jeep that needed to be fixed and sent me pictures and quotes and they even offered me a ride home since I use my Jeep as my daily driver and they needed the Jeep the most of the day. Safe to say I was very impressed with the customer service, both David and Paul did an excellent job being open about issues and concerns with what needed to be fixed, so thank you guys.
