I spend $3000-$7500 per year at Best Buy and had issues but kept just trying to give them a chance but I just had the experience that will end me ever shopping at any Best Buy in the future. This time I spent near $2000 getting TVs mounted. They wouldn't take a return of mine that I had not opened and that their geek squad said I would have no problem returning after they sold me an alternate tv mount. Brand new in box mount and they said past the time of 14 days. Manager was ridiculous and this is just it. Don’t shop at Best Buy and let’s keep stores in business that value their customers. Best Buy clearly does not value their customers."
