"Tyler Kirksey is an employee here, who wrote a recent 5-star review... Last time I'll ever go to this Speedy Lube. Used this place for over 20 years for business fleet and personal vehicles. The "owner" was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the service industry. Had a terrible attitude the minute I pulled in. He just walked away and yelled "It will be a while!" twice when I said hello and tried to offer my filter plug (to help them). He clearly didn't want to service my truck. He actually told me my $80,000 2-year-old truck was a POS because of the "location" of oil filter. I've never seen such a baby fit over something that you supposedly to do for a living. It is unfortunate that it's "kind of" difficult to access the oil filter from the fender well. The filter is an arm's reach, and 100% visible from standing by the truck. Look at the photos of what they left me with to clean up. Unbelievable! I've never written an online review before this. I could not let this one go untold."
