Preston and Mark and the other guy (sorry didn't get his name). I didn't have an appointment, and they took me without any questions. If you have any car problems bring your car here you won't regret it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work guys"

"Getting stranded on the freeway is no fun!! Especially 150 miles from home. I made a call to Phills towing, and they helped me get to a great place for repairs!! The guys at R&R diagnosed my old truck, and at first said I would be a week out for repairs... when I explained my situation, they made calls and had my parts(new heads) the next day!!! Two days later I was back on the road!! During that time, they let me stay park my camper in their back lot, and were very decent and Tom, at the front desk did the repairs, and let me use his private vehicle to do a couple errands. So if you are in the Houghton Lake area,and need your vehicle fixed, I highly recommend you go to R&R!!!"
