"My first time visiting Forest Hills Family Dentistry. Very nice establishment, I enjoy that it is small and everyone makes you feel very comfortable. The process of everything was explained thoroughly and I left with all questions answered. They were able to get me in extremely quickly to become a new patient which is very appreciated!"

"I went into Forrest hills dentistry yesterday after I broke a tooth during a night terror, my whole face was swollen and I was in tears and the dentist refused to help me with any type of pain management. I understand opiates are a taboo subject and dangerous but certainly a weeks worth of something light to get me though was the ethical thing to do. Instead he told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol with the antibiotics he prescribed. I explained to him I had already been taking ibuprofen and it wasn't helping but he dismissed my pain and tears and basically told me to tough it out. People like this do not deserve to be in the position where they get to decide based on their mood or whatever wether they're going to help people."

"In the last 50 years plus I have been in many different dental offices. Most all of them have had friendly, highly professional, and competent staff members. I want to start by stating that the friendliness, professionalism, and competence of Forest Hills Dentistry is second to none! While on vacation in Ludington, on a Saturday night, a crown came off one of my molar implants. First thing Monday morning I called Forest Hills Family Dentistry. Julie answered the phone and was empathetic to my situation. She seemed genuinely sad that the earliest she could get me in was Wednesday. So we set up an appointment for that day. Five minutes after our conversation ended, Julie called me back and let me know that I they could see me in one hour! She then immediately emailed me all the new patient forms and I was able to finish them before my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Raelyn who finalized my paperwork in a professional and friendly manner. I was called back by dental assistant Cady. She thoroughly explained everything that was going on and constantly checked on whether I was comfortable. Even though my appointment was booked at the last minute, with amount of time Cady spent with me, it felt like she had been planning for my appointment for days. Dr. Ruby was just as friendly as everyone else. Rather than just replacing the crown he determined that he needed to remove some extra gum tissue in order for the crown to fit properly. So he spent a considerable amount of time making that adjustment. It has now been over three weeks since Dr. Ruby replaced my crown and it still seems to be as good as new. If the people in this facility treated me this well, a person who they know is unlikely to become a regular patient, just imagine how well they treat their regular patients!"

"Dr. Ruby and his team are the BEST! My hygienist, Jessica, is fantastic! She is energetic, friendly, and kind. Above all, she is very gentle and thorough in her technique as well as informative about what she's doing. I appreciate everything Dr. Ruby and his team do to help me keep my teeth healthy."
