"Went to Smith's RV. Was excited to have a local area shop open again!The old owners told me that it was old no longer being made. I accepted it .Then it closed. Thinking that my 2007 feather was not very old. I need another heating sensor. Went down to Smith's RV. And they said they no longer made it WOW In MY disbelief. I couldn't believe it I went down to Jensen's Rv to get a second opinion. The owner of Jensen's RV said it Most likely software needed up dating to find the new part companies that bought the old parts companies. IT BEEN TWO OR THREE YEAR NOW.I called Smith's RV and ask the owner if there computer system been up dated to my surprise!! The answer was "NO"manton is a little town not all of us can afford a quarter million dallar RV. I HAVE TO GO TO Jensen's Rv where the answer so far has been yes every time. IF YOU WANT TO BE MAKE IT IN THE RV BUSINESS CALL JENSEN'S RV FIND OUT HOW TO UPDATE your parts SYSTEM. SO YOU CAN Serve the whole community Not just the wealthy with new campers ."
