"Automatic system, Mark VII ChoiceWash XT did a fantastic job with the $10 wash. Unlike a nearby competitor, The machine here appeared to get the wheel wells clean, nearly spotless. It did miss a couple spots on the back of the car but it did above average. A nice In-Bay system too. Capable of doing things that a tunnel can't do. My only complaint is the place is card only but otherwise it's pretty good."

"While the touchless wash is very effective at an affordable price, it’s tough to overlook the wait times during most daylight hours, often exceeding half an hour, mainly due to a bay being out of service. Additionally, after becoming a member and enjoying multiple washes, I noticed an unexpected rainbow-colored discoloration on my black window trim pieces. After a quick Google search, I discovered it's likely due to the high pH in the touchless tri-color wash. It took turtle wax to remove the discoloration completely but I’m hesitant to keep exposing the trim to the harsh chemicals. While I understand the necessity for effectiveness, it would be beneficial if this potential side effect were mentioned somewhere in the information."

"I recently had my truck washed at the traverse City location, the wash center clearly states that trucks are welcome there, but at the end of my wash the blowers were set to too high of a power and put a big dent in my truck roof. After a couple of days of talking to customer service and their claims department, they tried to tell me that my truck was damaged before the wash and that they weren't liable. However after sending photos of the damage before and after the wash, they have now ignored my calls and emails and are not following up with me. The wash was pretty garbage too, it didn't even get all the snow off of my truck and I went with the brush option. I would not take my car to any of the Meijer car washes or extreme clean car washes ever again even if they didn't damage my car. (Update after response from owner) What a crock of lies. You guys don't take responsibility for anything. This company's idea of taking responsibility is saying "we are not liable and out equipment can't do this and because I said it, makes it true. Also you can file your own auto insurance claim but we won't show you all the footage from the wash where your vehicle was damaged." If that's what claiming responsibility for damages is, I don't know if you're using that word appropriately."

"I have gone here two times so far, and both times I went were immaculate. A lot more satisfactory than the Mobil gas station on 14th street car wash that I had previously used throughout the years. I went during the day, and at 1:27 AM. It truly is 24/7. The wash was very thorough and had all the standard things that car washes have with the color flashing and foam and so forth. But it has performance as well therefore the results are exactly the kind of outcomes that I am looking for and getting from here. This is now my go-to car wash as I confirmed it wasn't a fluke the first time. So as of today 08/04/2022 at 2:48 AM, I am making it official as my go-to car wash. I always get the Xtreme Wash + Shine Shield. I am very OCD when it comes to the cleanliness of my vehicle so for me to actually like a car wash - drive-through style - says a whole lot about this distinct drive-through car wash. It's pleasant not having to finish or put in extra work after going through a car wash."

"20-30 min wait times are the normal. Above average wash job. ***thru contact with the owner, have discovered this is a "pandemic" parts shortage issue. I can understand that, so review moved to 3 stars. However traffic has out grown this single xtreme location with out expansion or another location its not for everyone. *** month later, using last of this membership as they haven't improved availability."
