"I don't know how this company stays in business. They come out in a pickup truck and don't bring proper tools to be able to get a tire off of a vehicle. And then say it's going to be another two hour wait while he gets a tow truck so he can tow me to an auto place so they can do it. Are you kidding me. And the guy was rude."

"Charged $150 for a tow from chums to interlochen. Didnt ask my address before towing. He left my car down the road because he said he had another accident to get to. Messed up my car a bit on the tow as well wouldn't ever reccomend."

"I spun out around 11:45pm on an icy road and got stuck in a snow bank. My insurance provider called Scott's Master Auto to come pull me out. After waiting for over TWO hours, I called Scott's Master Auto and the person who answered was extremely rude and arrogant. He claimed he couldn't find me, which I would like to note, I was less than four miles away from his shop. After we hung up, I waited another half hour because he told me he would contact dispatch and come and get me. When I didn't hear anything from anyone, I tried calling him repeatedly, and he kept sending me to voicemail. After contacting my insurance representative, she informed me that Scott's Master Auto decided not to take the call, after making me wait for TWO AND A HALF HOURS and in turn, they had to call a towing company that was about 45 minutes away from where I was. I will never recommend this business to anybody, they were rude, inconsiderate, and left a 19 year old girl out in negative degree temperatures at 2 in the morning. Do not give them your business."
