"If I could give zero stars...I would. I turned in my 2014 Chevy Tahoe to this company for some 4x4 upgrades. I just got my vehicle back and the work that was done made some serious damage. A $2800 bumper was installed incorrectly, mechanic said the company was wrong that it fits, then lied about there being no instructions. Then decided to cut my OE bumper off, the cut is all jagged and unprofessional and crammed in the new bumper. Which he also cut pieces off of to fit the winch without my permission which exposed the metal to the elements since the powder coat there is gone and now I deal with salt. He didn't even paint it. Oh, and don't miss the plasma cutter scorch and melt marks on the bumper in the picture. I called the bumper company and they remember this rude man who indicated to me that the bumper company was rude with horrible customer serve. They however were very nice, provided images and video to my email on installing the bumper correctly. Also installed was the wrong headlights, the wrong taillights, drilled holes in my dash when we agreed on velcro, mounted the dual battery relay wrong, shorts out my radio when I use power windows, my rear vents quit working, wrong color switch panel ordered, and installed a 3 star second battery. Can't forget about the coilover upgrades he ordered he ordered that did not fit a Tahoe and then has the nerve to blame me for telling him I wanted the wrong ones???!!! No one would ever say, get the wrong ones. I mean what a liar. Claimed they had a $400 restocking fee...for Amazon. Yet he had similar ones on his Jeep and told me he ordered the same for his Jeep...or he just used my money to buy them for his Jeep. He refused to provide proof of sales for MY parts and refused to provide extras from parts like instructions and the dual battery monitor that he failed to install. I requested sales proof multiple times and denied over him saying it has personal info on it, then he claimed he lost it. I itemized the parts list myself and found that the parts only cost $5100 and I was charged $8190. How about $300 brake and rotor kit and $650 for labor? So in reality, he charged $7300 for labor to install the bumper wrong, the wrong front and rear lights, drilling in a switch panel, adding a dual battery kit and second battery. Refused to return items I didn't want. Hes argumentative and does not have the ability to tell the truth. I already have a lawyer and a case started under negligence and consumer protection for damages to my vehicle, installing all the wrong stuff, lying about parts costs and fake reshelving fees for Amazon, lied about the bumper fitment, lied about labor costs, and lastly is a horrible mechanic. I wouldn't trust this man to do an oil change. If you absolutely have to go there, be wary and watch your funds. He'll only give you a hand written receipt, question everything. (He wanted to cut my OE hitch off with a plasma torch to install a less quality hitch bolted in??!!) I have also filed the story with the local news networks, BBB, I want everyone to know what a scammer he is so he can never do this to another person or veteran. Oh, and I'm a disabled veteran with a service dog, and he had no problem screwing me over, lying to me over and over, talking to me like I knew nothing about trucks even though I had to fix my own hummer in the Army. Four combat tours as a bomb hunter...you're welcome Josh Clute. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN 100% DISHONEST!! HE CANNOT WORK ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN A JEEP."
