My vehicle could have taken up to 14 days and I actually got it back in 6. When I picked up my vehicle they came out to the van with me, walk me through the repairs, and showed me pictures of the repairs before and after. They wiped down my vehicle inside and out. I am extremely happy. I have never had this level of customer service from a collision shop before. The experience couldn't have been better."

"The owner of the shop is EXTREMELY caring and helpful. However, the shop work itself could use a little more attention to detail on the quality checks. After working with them, I honestly would trust this guy with my kid. I am from out of town and he looked after me like I was his daughter without ever even meeting me. He looked after the mechanic who I hired to work on the car. He made sure my car was road ready. He helped me work with the sheriff's department to deal with a shady towing company, which saved me $800. Due to this, I can't help but give them five stars. I absolutely recommend you use Gaylord, just check in on your vehicle before it gets painted. The replacement panel that was installed had a defect right on the top and was painted over without flattening it out. It wouldn't be glaringly noticeable to someone off the street that does not have an eye for detail but it definitely would be noticeable to my mom, and it would be glaringly noticeable to an experienced body man. I think it was something that slipped through the cracks. I wouldn't expect that on all jobs and its worth it for how much of a stand-up guy Smitty is. The world would be a much better place if there were more men like him."
