"I accompanied a relative to her appointment, and Dr.Soenen was wonderful! He was compassionate and understanding about her dental anxiety, and was professional yet personal and warm. His assistant, Emily, was lovely as well. They listened to my relative's concerns and what she needed to help relieve her anxiety, and they were so accommodating (she asked that they tell her/explain what they were doing as they did it).
