"Even though thier hours are posted 730-4pm, they don't answer the phone after 345. I was charged a no show fee, even though I called the day before at 350pm. I was very sick and find this very poor customer service. Especially seeing how I have been a loyal customer there for over 30 years. They do good work, but just a heads up that this elderly gentleman will not spend another dime in their establishment. Posted hours are not accurate"
