"I have never been treated so rudely by front staff dental office in my life (Sue!) ! I was hoping to sign on as a new patient . Apparently I was told I needed to bring my X-rays , I had signed the release and I guess their office never picked them up . So they canceled my appointment! When I tried to re-schedule for future cleaning I was told “NO” by SUE and abruptly HUNG UP ON !!! I was confused and still had questions and just have NEVER been treated this way by a professional, as a professional. Very disappointing."

"I’ve had two different teeth that never fully got fixed through them. I’ve had to go back multiple times. One tooth the cap has fallen off 3 times and the other one started as a filling (which had to be done twice) and will now need to be a root canal. It sucks to constantly have to take time to go back and get it refixed then come to find out it’s gotten worse. I don’t recommend this spot."

"I called to get an appointment for an extraction. I was told that they couldn't see me for a week and that they wouldn't extract that day... they would examine the tooth and then set appointment for the extraction. I work full time and don't have time for multiple appointments. On the half day I work, Friday, they close for the half of day I'm available and the other day I could come, they are closed all day. USELESS!!! In the past, I got a crown done there and had it put in 3 different times... all 3 times it came out. Then I was told that they would have to put in implants because a crown wasn't holding. Did I mention USELESS!!"

"My family has seen Dr. Stillwill for years, and have been so happy as we have moved to Acme Dental Health Care. The staff have always been helpful and friendly, and getting in for appointments is never a problem. Dr. Stillwill is a great dentist, and has a wonderful "bedside" manner with kids. Thank you!"
