"Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced to my life. I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks straight. Calling every day several times a day. Leaving several detailed messages explaining how their machine rip me off. And I'd like them to make it right and I have had no correspondence whatsoever. In addition to having terrible customer service , their wash doesn't even work that well and they're machines are subpar"

"I believe they are disposing used oil into their water source. I have never been to a car wash where my car was dirtier than when I went in. A film has covered my car Do not use this car wash. I’ve tried to call their number several times and no answer and no machine to take your message. You can see by the photos I attached, that cloth is what I used to dry off the water spots which actually is an oil film. Do not use this car wash."

"Went to use the touch less car wash today. Paid $10 only for the car wash NOT to work. Called the number listed on the door and no one answered. Called a few more times and still no answer. I just want my money back. There were no signs stating that the car wash was down. The machine actually said "car wash in use." Not happy. If you have a number posted then you should at least have an answering service. All it said was "user did not set up voicemail." What a joke!"

"It's brushless (a/k/a hard spray only), so really didn't get the slight dirt film off my car. Also the dryers left my car with water drops, & water marks, all over."

"DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE EXACT AMOUNT FOR WASH. I stopped in 3/20/2023 for the $8 automatic wash. Bay 1 said no cards accepted, cash only. Bay 2 said the same thing so I inserted $20 (the only cash I had). Machine then said it couldn't make change and spit out a receipt to take to "cashier" for $12 change. Went through wash and pulled back around building to find cashier. A man walked out the only man door, so I rolled down window and ask where cashier was. He just pointed to the door (he was on his cell phone). I went to get out and he yells "no, just call the number on the door, I don't have any cash". I asked how I would receive my change and he said they would "send it to me". I called the number and left a detailed message. No one has called me back. I will attempt to call them a few more times, but after reading reviews I believe I will never see my $12. I will be reporting this to BBB if I am not contacted and do not receive a refund. Update: I called and left additional messages 3/21 and today 3/22 and have not heard a word back. I specifically asked them to call me back each time so I would know they received my messages and were sending my money. 3/28 Update: called again on 3/23 and 3/24 and got the same recording, left more messages and received no call back. Will proceed with complaint against this business with BBB. UPDATE: I filed complaint on 3/31/23 with BBB. They forwarded to the car wash. On April 3rd. I received a call from a woman from the car wash apologizing for the problem. She wanted my name and address so they could send my refund. The check showed up on April 4th. Too bad it took all that to get a refund."
