Suttons Bay Super Wash

"DONT USE. I just tried the 2 of the 3 bays, both of which didn’t work. The middle bay took quarters but would activate. The bay closest to the automatic wash took quarters, started, but the wand was broken. wth"

"We pulled up and inserted our Master Card. Chose $7.50 to wash. Pulled in and never started up. Backed up. Did it again. No wash! Machine not working. Called the number on the sign. Left message 4 days ago. No call back! My Master Card was charged. I call the number on the website and it says it’s been disconnected. The numbing the sign is a different number. I WILL get the the bottom of this! Trust me! I live in Northport. I’m a local!"

"The automatic cash left my car half dirty with a film on it. Called the attendant and he was rude acted as if he didnt care about how we felt and then had the nerve to insult us ...... made a comment about maybe we shouldn't let our cars sit in dirt.....I keep my car clean and nice and resent he treated me and my girls this way.... I won't use the car wash again will take my business to Traverse.....would not recommend taking your car there....... this is where I always went to clean my cars for over 20 years no more......."

"Way Over charged for the time you get on the do it your self. I'm #$% tired of it. I Will wash at Meijers. And the Farm, From now on. Im done wasting my money on a machine that cant even count down from a REAL min, its more like 30 sec for each min. What a @#$%^ scam. I think maybe I will build a car wash for RV's and big trucks on our farm or resort. God speed."
