"When I made my cleaning appointment back in May, I was told that my insurance was in-network (BCBS); however, when I went to my appointment yesterday, I was told by the receptionist AFTER my appointment that my insurance was out of network, and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service I received. Mind you, I filled out all of the paperwork once I arrived, and the receptionist didn't notify me of this coverage issue. It didn't help that I had to wait 7 months for a simple cleaning and drive 2 hours for it. If the practice hadn't lied to me and told me straight away that my insurance was out of network, I wouldn't have even made the appointment in the first place. I am beyond upset by this unprofessional behavior."

"The staff at Dr. Klym's office are extremely knowledge and professional. Kari (hygienist) was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was being done. Nicki, their assistant, explained everything that was going to be done and made sure all questions I had, were answered before I left. Dr. Klym discussed a plan that made sense for the dental work that I needed. Knowledgeable, conscientious and professional, is how I would describe my first experience with this practice. Highly recommended for dental services. Thank you Dr. Klym and staff! Great experience overall!"
