"Brought in a stainless steel header that needed to be modified. Cut out the 2 tubes that needed to be switched, supplied pvc pipe patterns and 6’ stainless steel header pipe. After 3 weeks of calling once every week as suggested by the owner Jim, with no replies, I was finally called back by the owner Jim, who was irate because I called and was told to come back and pick up my parts and he wanted nothing to do with my job. Totally unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. Must not have the skills to do a simple job."
